About the Role: Key to the company’s success, Treasure Homes ‘s Quantity Surveyors are professional members of the team. This role is to develop, maintain and control budgets for construction projects, whilst making a positive difference.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Forensic analysis of contract documents, budgets, estimates and subcontractor quotations
  • Review contract terms and conditions ensuring contractual adherence and protection of risk
  • Negotiating favorable outcomes with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Risk management and problem solving
  • Compiling and submission of variation claims
  • Monthly cost reporting and accurate cost forecasting
  • Managing relationship with clients and key project stakeholders
Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Can use QS Take-off software & MS Project software
