About the Role: You will be responsible and take ownership of all site based activities, quality control, health and safety management, and sub-contractors, assisting in the development of construction methodologies and the delivery programme.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate resources onsite to construct works accurately per the drawings and specification
  • Working through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients and consultants
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
  • Site set up and close up
  • Supervision of all activities on site
  • Accurately reporting progress to internal managers
  • Running Subcontractor meeting
  • Managing Health and Safety on site
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in the construction industry
  • Relevant years of experience as a site manager
